These machine are equipped with an advance electronic microprocessor mechanical operating device, comprising a stepper motor, a harmonic drive reduction and final worm screw with reduced play. This particular configuration results in greatly improved precision of response and fast reverse drive.
The machine is formed by a robust beam on which the various components are lodge externally. This ensure ease of maintenance, cleaning and substitution of components. The leg of the machine can be disassembled during transport. The control console provides the power supply and control of the motor. It also contains a fan for the force ventilation of all part subject to heating.
The front panel of the console contain the various commands and the numeric pad selecting. The weight hanger and leverage system situated below the bench. The leverage system allow the applied weight to be amplified for the optimum use for calibrated weight. The small jack use to release the level arm is supplied as standard. Shear Box Apparatus supplied complete with 50 kg calibrated weight.
